Collaboration to Enhance School Health
Nairobi Tuesday 25 March2024 Principal Secretary State Department for Public Health and Professional Standards Mary Muthoni has met stakeholders in the School Health Program to strategize the development of a comprehensive policy aimed at enhancing the well-being of our school going children.
Discussions centered on the formulation of a cohesive strategy and plan to coordinate efforts in safeguarding school health .
Additionally, the meeting examined plans for a nationwide schools deworming exercise, reflecting a proactive approach towards addressing health concerns among school-aged children.
