Health CS Mutahi Kagwe met with County Executive Committee members at the ongoing Health forum to discuss on impending launch of the Universal Health Care scheme at the Sarova Whitesands in Mombasa. He was accompanied by the two Chief Administrative Secretaries Drs Rashid Aman and Mercy Mwangangi and Director General Dr Patrick Amoth.
