CS Mutahi Kagwe on Good briefed the media on the update of Covid-19 and the progress so far made with regard to the Covid-19 Vaccination in the country. This was after he chaired the National Emergency Response Committee on Coronavirus (NERCC). During the briefing the CS announced that NERCC had resolved among other issues to terminate licenses for importation and administering of Covid-19 by the private sector and that the exercise will solely be undertaken by the government to avoid any confusion. He was accompanied at the briefing by the Director General Dr Patrick Amoth, Chair of the Task force on Vaccines Dr Willis Akhwale and the Government Spokesperson Col (rtd) Cyrus Oguna.
