Kenya to host the Regional Health Promotion Conference (RHPC) 2025 this March in Nairobi.

Nairobi ,2025 The Ministry of Health, in partnership with co-organizers VSO International, Africa CDC, and other regional partners, is proud to host the Regional Health Promotion Conference (RHPC) 2025 this March in Nairobi.

The conference, themed "Sustainable Health Promotion through Universal Health Coverage and Intersectionality in Healthcare," will bring together diverse stakeholders to explore innovative strategies for advancing health promotion. It will emphasize the intersection of key sectors such as education, technology, climate change, and the private sector, all of which play a crucial role in enhancing community wellness across the region.

Principal Secretary State Department for Public Health and Professional Standards Mary Muthoni, received a courtesy call from the VSO technical team, led by Papa Diouf, Global Practice Area Lead for Health to update on the preparations ahead of this landmark event. 

The conference is expected to attract over 500 regional delegates and strategic partners from Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia, and Kenya.
