Julius Bitok, his counterpart from the State Department for Immigration and Citizen Services. Their discussion centered on advancing healthcare modernization and improving public resource management.

A key focus was the integration of the Digital Identity Card with biometric authentication. This initiative aims to enhance patient identification accuracy and address fraud issues within the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF). The move represents a significant advancement in securing patient data and refining healthcare services.Β 

Mr. Kimtai extended his gratitude to the State Department for Immigration and Citizen Services for their crucial support in this transformative effort.
