Addressing the Kenya Healthcare Federation and Path International Health Sector Round up 2018 today Health CS Sicily Kariuki said the Ministry of Health will work with the Private sector to achieve UHC in within the shortest period of time.
“We are committed to creating an enabling environment for the private sector in health,” she noted and encouraged the private health providers in the country to ensure quality in health services as well as stand against corruption.
She emphasized that to achieve UHC “as a ministry we are addressing issues of regulation of health services, Human Resources for Health and the price of health commodities.”
