ย The Ministry of Health recognizes and appreciates the vital role of the Media Council of Kenya in promoting responsible journalism and shaping public awareness.ย 

ย Onย Thursday, January 16, 2025, the Principal Secretary for Medical Services, Mr. Harry Kimtai, held discussions with a delegation from the Media Council of Kenya, led by the Director for Media Training and Development, Victor Bwire. The meeting focused on strengthening collaboration to enhance public awareness of ongoing health reforms.ย 

ย The discussions underscored the importance of building trust between the public and the healthcare system, empowering communities with accurate and reliable health information, and encouraging the adoption of good health practices.
