Strengthening Service Delivery for SHA

Nairobi, Kenya - 20th January 2025 

The Principal Secretary for Medical Services, Mr. Harry Kimtai, officially opened a refresher training for SHA customer service personnel on January 20, 2025. 

The training aims to simplify the member registration process, enhance efficiency and accuracy in service delivery, and equip staff to effectively address misinformation surrounding SHA. 

 As the first point of contact in the rollout of SHA, customer service personnel play a critical role in ensuring a seamless implementation. Continuous training ensures they remain well-prepared to serve citizens in an ever-evolving healthcare landscape.
