Digitizing health services to enhance efficiency
Nairobi February,2025The Government of Kenya remains committed to digitizing health services as a key strategy for enhancing healthcare quality and accessibility. In this effort, the Ministry of Health has collaborated with PharmAccess through SafeCare to advance quality healthcare over the years.
, Principal Secretary State Department for Public Health and Professional Standards Mary Muthoni met PharmAccess representatives to explore the next phase of this journey, focusing on a structured approach to capacity building for quality and technical teams.
By leveraging digital innovation, the Ministry aims to efficiently map the quality of primary healthcare centers (PHCs) and hospitals, generating actionable insights to identify and address gaps in service delivery.
This partnership will play a crucial role in strengthening the quality of care offered nationally, ensuring that every Kenyan has access to reliable and high-standard healthcare services.
