Nairobi , 2025 In line with this commitment, the Ministry of Health, through the Division of Community Health Services, in collaboration with Amref Health Africa, is hosting a Community Health Services County Review Forum.

The Forum brings together Community Health Focal Persons from all 47 counties to:

Orient them on current policy updates and strategic directions in community health;

Highlight best practices, ongoing challenges, and opportunities for collaboration;

Strengthen the implementation of community health services as a key pillar of the UHC agenda.

The forum will culminate in the development of a joint National and County Action Plan to guide future investments and interventions in community health, ensuring sustainable progress toward UHC.
