Nairobi, Kenya - 12th May 2025 -This morning, Principal Secretary for Medical Services, Dr. Ouma Oluga, engaged the Human Resource Management, Training, and Development Directorate, where he emphasized the crucial role of HR in delivering on the organization’s core mandate.

He urged the team to innovate in addressing challenges and to streamline processes impacting all staff, particularly UHC staff, who remain central to achieving the Government’s Universal Health Coverage (UHC) agenda.
