Partnerships for Sustainability of Community Health Promoters Program

Nairobi Friday March 15,2024Meeting with Amref Health Africa  to discuss the effectiveness, sustainability, and visibility of the Community Health Promoters (CHPs) program. Key highlights  included providing training for new recruits on basic CHP modules to deliver essential health services and empowering them to capture and transmit data to the Electronic Community Health Information System (E-CHIS).

Additionally,  we explored strategies  to leverage CHPs in revitalizing promotive and preventive healthcare by emphasizing personal, environmental, and water hygiene.
